The supreme body of ASN is the General Assembly, which is made up of all the member companies.

ASN is administered by a Board of Directors which is made up of nine (09) members:

- 03 members elected by secret ballot by the Extraordinary General Assembly;

- 03 founding members appointed by the founding members;

- 03 members appointed by the State and representing the following ministries:

 the Ministry in charge of Industry,

the Ministry in charge of Finance,

the Ministry in charge of Trade.

Any company can join the ASN by paying membership fees and an annual contribution.
