This document specifies the requirements for chemical composition, mass per metre, geometric, mechanical, technological and shape properties of:

- weldable ribbed bars and coils, for the reinforcement of concrete, of grade FeE500 of categories 2 and 3, distinguishable by different mechanical characteristics (see Table 4), and diameter 5 to 40 mm (see Table 2);

- of sheets of welded fabric composed of aforementioned bars of diameter 5 to 16 mm and factory made on automatic machines (see Table 2).

This document also specifies the evaluation conditions of the properties of these products.
