ISO 15893:2010 specifies the requirements for the services and protocols of the space communications protocol specification (SCPS) transport service. These requirements are meant to allow independent implementations of this protocol in space and ground segments of the SCPS network to interoperate.
ISO 15893:2010 is applicable to any kind of space mission or infrastructure, regardless of complexity.
